Hello.. I Have A 18 Month Old Golden Retriever/beagle Mix.

Hello.. I have a 18 month old golden retriever/beagle mix. He was boarded last week, and the day after I picked him up he began vomiting and diarrheah. Took him to vet that day, he was checked for fecal parasites (all negative), he did have a slight fever, was given IV fluids, and injection of cerenia, a prescription of cerenia pills to take home, and the anti diarreeah drug- metadiazone or something like that. 4 days later- he has no appetite at all. Diarreeah and vomiting stopped the second day. He is just not eating, very lethargic, slight tremors and drooling. He is still drinking some water during the day. Stopped cerenia yesterday. And all medicines. Could all of these symptoms be a side effect of the mess and if so, how long until it gets out of his system?
