Hello, I have a boil on the upper most part of the back L arm. Near the armpit. It has come to a head and started to weep. It is 4-5 days old. there are several in-grown hairs in it. It has a red ring around it and has started to itch. The pain has almost subsided. I have done hot compresses, kept it covered and used bacatracin and betadyne too. I have no health insurance and am wondering what signs of true danger I should watch for. No temp.
