Hello,
I have a cold with facial congestion, pressure and pain. No fever. I am on Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) 12.5mg - which pain med would you recommend for my cold symptoms : Ibuprofen - 600mg, or Asprin? Acetaminophen does not work, and I do not want to take an anti-histamine due to increased dryness. I have not taken my HCTZ yet.
