Hello. I Have Been A Musician For Over 40 Years.

Hello. I have been a Musician for over 40 years. The past 3 years-I have been have Lip swelling issues. This has reduced my playing ability by as much as 50-60%. I pick up my horn, and in some cases (like now) play for 5-10 minutes and my chops (lips) start swelling. The more I play-the more they swell. This is the kiss of death for trumpet players. I have ruled out mouthpiece(Gold plated), trumpets-basically all equipment. It has to be physical. But what>? I have checked all my medications for side effects-none seem to be the cause. If I cannot find the cause-It will mean I have to retire from playing at on 56. Could it be Histamine related?
