Hello, I Have Been Having Abdominal/pelvic Pain And Ovary Pain

Hello, I have been having abdominal/pelvic pain and ovary pain and pressure on my bladder for the last 4 days. I have no discharge. I was told I have a UTI and have been taking 500mg of Cipro 2 times daily. I started the pills yesterday still do not feel any relief. I am wondering if all this abdominal pain and discomfort could be due to switching of my oral contraceptive? I used to be on a pill that was called generess fe which I did fine on and now I'm on my second month of Lutera which is made with levonorgestrel which I have never had before. I am used to having bc pills with norethindrone instead. Any input is appreciated!
