Hello, I Have Been Prescribed An Escitalopram-based Drug (Elicea, 10

Hello,
I have been prescribed an escitalopram-based drug (Elicea, 10 mg) and just taken my first pill today. After about an hour I started feeling dizzy and light-headed and very hot (despite -5 degrees Celsius outside). The dizziness passed after about half an hour but then I suddenly felt very nauseous and started vomiting violently. I couldn't eat anything throughout the day because of the nausea. Since this was my first pill, I am a bit afraid to take another one tomorrow - it would be nice not to die of hunger at any point. Is this a normal reaction to the pills? Do you think I should stop taking the drug or just take a smaller dosage the next day (half a pill or even a quarter)?

Thank you,
Kaja
