Hello,
I have developed extreme dryness on my penis, this skin has gone white and it has also become tight; it hurts when pulled back. My foreskin has inverted inside (I am uncircumcised).
There are also a couple of boils (like pimples) that have developed at the base of the penis (right at the juncture where the penis starts). These boils also hurt upon touching.
I have been applying moisturize for a couple of days.
Please suggest?
