I have had a cold for 5 days including a sore throat or so I thought. I realized today it is my tongue. On the left side in the far back of my tongue there is a blueberry sized hump. Different then the typical bumps in the back of the tongue. Also when I move my tongue especially when swallowing and yawning it is severely painful. What can cause this?
