Hello. I Have Just Recovered From A Severe Respiratory Infection.

Hello. I have just recovered from a severe respiratory infection. I had chest congestion and severe coughing. I coughed so hard I couldn't catch my breath at times. This lasted about three days. As I started to feel better, I started having pain at the top of my back between my shoulder blades. Then I noticed the top of my upper right leg is numb and also the top of my right arm is numb as well (from knee to hip and elbow to shoulder). When I was coughing I did notice that I tense up and bring my shoulder blades toward each other. Could that be causing the numbness? My leg and arm do not hurt at all, and I can move them just fine, they are just numb to the touch.
