Hello. I have menorrhagia and a regular menstrual history. Had a echography trans-vaginal and also echography with image done and results were: Enlarged, anteverted pear-shaped uterus measuring 8.25cm x 4.92 x 6.30 with an estimated volume of 132.97cc. The central endometrial echo complex measures 1.15cm. Free fluid in the cul-de-sac. No evidence of cystic or solid lesion with adnexa. No fibroids.
What does this mean? I am trying to conceive but have not been able to and have been trying for almost two years now. Could I have adenomyosis?
