Hello. I have noticed in the last 2-3 months that there are tiny brown spots on my toe nails once I remove the nail polish. More on the right foot than the left foot. The colour of the nail otherwise is normal and the nails seems fine. I have been using nail polish on them for the whole summer so I am wondering if that is the reason. I have read that brown spots on toe nails are not rare but they might be a symptom of an illness so I would appreciate your opinion. Thank you.
