Hello

I have noticed some hard, white skin (kind of like dead skin) on my penis under the foreskin.

I am not sure when it started and seems to provide no physical pain or discomforts. However, when i tried peeling it off it will just reappear. I kept peeling the same spot until blood came out

Now blood didn't really come out but it looked like I had a minor cut. Is it a type of infection?
