Hello. I have really bad back pains for about thirty minutes every once in a blue moon. I really don't think it's normal and I get really worried about things like this. It's been happening every since I was a child. I'm 16 and it's been happening since I was like 5 but it's been happening more often the last 3 years. It happens like 2 or 3 times a month. (disregard my email I was 13 it's embarrassing)
