Hello, I Have Started Having Pain Earlier This Evening On

Hello, I have started having pain earlier this evening on the lower right side of my abdomen that's been coming and going, and stopping about under the right side of my belly button. I have been prone to having uti's on and off for year and half, but this is different this time. Usually with those it's more in the center.

Earlier in the evening it started, but it wasn't as strong as it is now. I had gone to bed, only to get awakened out of sound sleep with intense pain that's coming and going. I don't feel nausea, just seems weird when I go to eat a meal last few days, especially at dinner time. I feel like I get so hungry, but then I lose my appetite when I start eating, and just don't want to eat anymore after a couple of bites. Frustrated if this is yet another uti.
