Hello, I Recently Had An ASO Titre Test Come Back

Hello, I recently had an ASO titre test come back at 295. I have had PVC's and SVT's (results from a Holter Monitor worn for 1 week), joint pain, sore throat and ears, numbness/tingling in arms and legs for 3 months now. My rheumatologist saw this titre result today and said it only indicates historical information and she is not going to consider it an issue. My IgA level was also less than 5 and I had positive ANA and anti-dsDna test. Does this sound accurate? I am concerned about that ASO titre as I have many symptoms consistent with rheumatic fever.
