Hello, I recently started getting infected hair follicles around my upper thighs lower stomach(where my pant line is), and a couple in my upper genital area. Always red in color, some having tiny pus pockets and some do not. It started about a week ago and only one or two the first time. With every two days I seem to have another in a different spot. I was wondering if this could be some kind of infection or std? And what type of treatment should I go with?
