Hello, I Slept On My Neck And Jaw Being Against

Hello, I slept on my neck and jaw being against my arm bone and when I woke up my lower jaw was numb and aching. When I went to brush my teeth I had a big problem widening my mouth. It's impossible for me to to smile as my mouth and lip can't widen no matter how hard I try. I cant pronounce certain words like those that have an f in them because my mouth just wont widen or move. I all of a sudden have trouble walking up the stairs because it feels like my legs are really heavy but I can walk downstairs normal. Also, I used to be able to blink with one eye open and now it seems like I start twitching my face when I try. Its been 3 days that this is happening and I'm worried that I may have torn a nerve or injured muscle tissue by sleeping with pressure on my neck/ jawline. Can you please help?
