Hello, I slipped on a step on the stairs and fell on the edge of the step on the middle of my right buttcheek. it was extremely painful and created a very large lump at the top right of my cheek. I was told this should go down in time but its the same size and its now been over 3 years. Its extremely embarrassing because when I wear any pants my butt looks deformed and that I have a mini football in my pants. Im extremely insecure about it the more I start to get back into dating and etc. Is there anything besides surgery to get it to go away or make it go down?
