Hello I Took 4 Home Pregnancy Tests Last One Being

I took 4 home pregnancy tests last one being August 30 which all were positive. My last period started July 22 and lasted 3 days.
I saw my doctor sept 2 because I had brown mucus discharge but no pain. She ran blood work where my hcg level was 95 and ordered ultra sound. The tech could not confirm pregnancy through machine or vaginally.
My doctor did a urine test which came back negative on sept 2 as well. She said I probably miscarriaged early on
She repeated blood work yesterday and my hcg level was 719
I'm confused why it has increased from 95-719 if I miscarried 2 weeks ago?
