I was stupid and met a Sex Worker hours ago. She was in her 40s, we even spoke of STIs and that I want to be extra careful (stupid me). I used my finger for 3 minutes or so and it contacted the vaginal fluid. Afterwards, I uses antibacterial gel and antibacterial wipe to clean it. I realised an old scratch on that finger, red in colour (like paper cut) 0.5mm long with skin abit peeled away. Would is not aching, not bleeding, even after cleaning my hand with antibacterial. I'm very concerned of getting STDs specifically HIV. Immediately went to a Sextual Health drop-in and the nurse said chance is very low. I will do a full screen tomorrow morning but I'm burning in anxiety.
What are the chances of me having completely ruined my life? Thanks.
