Hello, I Went To See A Doctor Yesterday. Since Saturday

Hello, I went to see a Doctor yesterday. Since Saturday I was running a fever of 103-101 and body aches all over my body. I had a horrible red sore throat when I went to the Doctor yesterday. Now I am have pain in my left ear. I have so much congestion, I now believe I have an ear infection as I can not hear and the pain is about 7 out of 10. I got some Earache drops for the pain. I suppose I need to go back to the doctor who refused to do anything for me in the first place. He never even checked my ears when I explained they were bothering me. What are my best options for the night? Also putting a warm water bottle on my ear.
