Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. Im 17 years old male. 2 years ago i had a testicular torsion on the right side. The testicle was saved and both of the testicles were attached to the scrotum so it wouldnt reappear. However the pain still came on and off for the past 2 years. I also noticed that the pain mostly appeared durin the season changes. Idk if that has to do anything with it. The pain was similiar to the pain i had during the torsion but it was less severe. This made me think that the attachment came off so the torsion kept reappearing. I have not consulted urologist whole this time. About 5 months ago i noticed an enlarged vein in my scrotum. Also about 1 months ago the torsion reappeared and i rotated the testicle with my hand so that made me sure the attachment is off for sure now. Right now i have little pain and discomfort in my scrotum and groin and the vein is enlarged. Im planning on going to the doctor but i want to know what should i excpect. Ty
