Hello, I'm 21 Years Old And I Went In For

Hello,
I'm 21 years old and I went in for a Pap smear because I have been feeling off. My doctor did blood work and said I have vitamin D deficiency.
The results of my Pap smear came back HPV E6/E7 positive and I had abnormal squamous cells/ undetermined.
The only reason I went for a Pap smear was because I have been spotting blood after sex, weight loss, fatigue/tiredness, headaches and pelvic pressures.

My gynecologist said just continue with an annual Pap smear so she did not do any further exams than what my doctor did.
Should I be concern?? I'm fully aware that HPV will go away on its own but I don't know why I have these symptoms.
