Hello. I'm a 22 year old female. A few months ago I started getting migraines out of the blue. I also was experiencing some neck and back pain so I started seeing a chiropractor. It has helped a bit, but every once in a while I'll get a really stiff neck, located on the back right side. It feels almost numbing and spreads from the back of my shoulder to the top of my head, making it feel like a migraine. When this neck pain happens, the right side of my neck feels very hard. My symptoms usually go away within a few minutes for sure but I'm wondering if this is something I should see my doctor for or is it not that big of a deal? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
