Hello I’m a 45 year old male. After you read my medical history you probably run screaming from the room lol. Anyways I have a clotting disorder Antipholiped syndrome. I have had 5 strokes. I major and 4 minor. I have Lupus and QT syndrome. I have had cancer 3 times in which all 3 are in remission. I did however lose my right kidney and my thyroid from cancer. At present I do have a aneurysm that is 4.8 cm long. It is on my aorta coming up out of my heart. I do have a large defect on the front of my heart which is blocking 60% of my blood flow. I also have 2 hernias that have not been taken care of. The past couple of days my bowels have really been hurting me. This evening I was out with my son and the cramps got really bad and my rump started burning. I thought that I had diarrhea. I went in the the bathroom to take care of myself. I got some tp and wiped it came out full of blood. For 5 to 10 minutes I was trying to clean myself up. Finally got myself to where there was just a thin film of blood on the tp. it took me about 30 minutes to get home. I went in the bathroom and blood had soaked through my underwear and shorts I’m sitting writing this and my bowels are really hurting and burning what can I do to help lessen the pain and blood flow?
