Im a female, age 35. Have had lower abdominal pain for 4-5 days. Feels like my insides are bouncing around and hurts. Its only when im walking/moving the severity of my pain its about 4 out of ten, I have a tingling sensation when I urinate, I have been constipated as well my last menstrual cycle was on the 15th of January.
