Hello, I'm A Male Aged 46, And I Have Been

Hello, I'm a male aged 46, and i have been experiencing knee pain ever since i had a bone graft taken from my knee area for an ankle fusion surgery. I recently got an MRI done and the impression was. 1. Chondromalacia of the posterior lateral femoral condyle. 2. Small joint effusion. Small full-thickness cartilage tear present along the posterior lateral femoral condyle without underlying bone edema. I would like to know what that means before my scheduled surgery next month
