Hello, I'm a woman that is in menopause & a Gyno prescribed Lexipro which had helped w/hot flashes but has made me gain 20lbs. W/out eating a lot:( I'm health conscience & eat healthy & exercise 3x's a week. I've been off Lexipro for a yr. Went on Bio-identically & weight dropped a few lbs. but feel nothing's helping, is there a safe weight loss drug that doesn't speed the the heart that I can take with a prescription out there?
