Hello, I'm currently in s korea. My son woke up with two insect bites on his arm. They are really raised and redness bigger than a quarter, white center with a small black dot. He complained of itchiness and says it hurts a little. I've ben using hydrocortisone and keeping him from scratching it.. It hasn't improved it looks bigger than this morning and really hot to the touch. Anything else I should do?
