Hello, I'm Experiencing Some Pain In And Around My Head

Hello, I'm experiencing some pain in and around my head area, relating to hairs I often trim and shave my facial hair and my general hair on my head, I normally get pain when touching areas of hair above my lip and below a shooting stinging pain and recently have developed this pain in an area on the back of my head closer to my neck on the right side close to the bone next to my ear, on the skin. Do you have an idea what this may be?
