Hello, I've been having some mouth related problems lately. I am a 16 year old girl and I have a tic to always bite on the sides of tongue really often without knowing and have noticed some white patches and bumps on the sides that hurt. They have been appearing and disappearing for several years even before I remember I started to bite my tongue. I was wondering if this was stress/ anxiety related since I've been having those problems for a while now. And also how could i prevent this from happening because it's affecting my appetite as well.
