Hello, I've Been Prescribed This Medication Called Progyluton, I'm 17

Hello, I've been prescribed this medication called progyluton, I'm 17 years old and the doctor has told me to take these pills for three months straight. I've done one month already and started the next pack after my period ended and I'm already 3 days in, I want to stop using the medication as makes me all bloated and I have a lot of mood swings and cramps- I know that's probably normal side effects but I want to discontinue using it, is it safe to just stop using them? I was prescribed the pills for regulating period, but I was told before, that it's normal for my age but this doctor thought otherwise, please help, I do not enjoy one bit of the side effects that come along with this medication.
P.s. The gynecologist that prescribed them to me is in another country, I visited the doctor when I was on vacation, so I cannot reach him.
