Hello, I've Been Suffering From Unexplainable Episodes Of Extreme Fatigue
Hello,
I've been suffering from unexplainable episodes of extreme fatigue and weak feeling muscles for 10 years. I've also had bad stomach issues that have no clear reasoning. It's been getting worse over the last couple years especially this last one. had some very random unrelated health issues that just don't make any sense. Over this last year alone I've had of course the extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. New New joint pain mostly felt in right elbow wrist and left knee. But also accompanied by extreme pain and aches in for arms wrists and calves. I get tingling in my wrists my pinky finger and ring finger on my right hand side. And at times both hands tingle along with my baby toe on my right side mostly. But sometimes all toes on both feet and even up to my ankles. Sometimes my arms throb so bad it makes me cry. At times when I'm experiencing extreme fatigue my whole body throbs and aches. My chest Tightens makes it hard for me to breathe. It's heavy and almost like breathing through a straw. And even though I do not smoke I lose my breath quite easily while exercising. (Only sometimes) i've had problems with blurry vision at times during the past year. During the summer I was extremely sensitive to the sun that heat almost making it possible for me to be outside. During the winter extremely sensitive to cold making my extremities even more tingly during those times I've been chilly. Last spring during one of these episodes of extreme fatigue and body throbbing I was also experiencing flushing of my face. My body feeling like it was very hot. And bad leg pains. A few months after that I had some of the worst headaches of my life accompanied by a stiff neck. It did resolve itself within a few weeks. But I had never had headaches I got my life as I've never really had many headaches. I have had every blood test known to man, I thought ultrasounds and x-rays And still no answers. The list is much longer than some of the examples I'm giving. It seems like every time it flares up it's different but always very uncomfortable I'm reces and still no answers. The list is much longer than some of the examples I'm giving. It seems like every time it flares up it's different but always very uncomfortable and unforgiving. I tried to be a very healthy individual. I eat extremely well, I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I am training to be a CrossFit coach and personal trainer. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore please help bring me some clarity. None of this makes sense to me
