Hello, I've Had A Constant Worry Today. I Woke Up

Hello, I've had a constant worry today. I woke up early this morning having a headache and feeling unwell. I checked my mirror and saw that I had a bump on my bottom lip. My initial thought was an STD. My second thought was, how? I started thinking and thinking. There could possibly be only two things to happen that would make sense for it to be an STD. The first one isn't as juvenile. I used my friends straw to drink something, and I know how red-flaggish that could be, but they are very cautious with things like this so I'm mostly positive they don't have an STD. And the second one is more so intimate. As a teenager, I decided to oscillate myself towards the end of the day. I used a rag like most and I really haven't washed it. When I took the rag out, I spaced out and had it uncomfortably close to my face for 5-10ish seconds. Could it really be an STD? I know of over things such as ulcers and etc. This really worries me, let me know ASAP
