Hello, Just wanted to get your opinion. I woke up Sunday morning with my lower back, butt, and back of my legs extrememly tight so it was very hard to ambulate so I just rested and took Ibuprofen. Yesterday I woke up my pain was in the front of my legs and groin so I went to the the locate direct care. They feel like its muscle related. She did an urine test and a lower back xray and they both came back fine. I have done no heavy lifting at all, As a matter of fact I did nothing the day before because I was feeling bad from a cold. She gave me a muscule relaxer and naproxen which I will say I feel better today but what concerns me is why this happened and is it normal for back pain to move to the front of the legs? I walk better today but when I do it tightens up real hard. Stretches do seem to help. What could have caused this?
