My 2 year old daughter fell from a chair and bit her tongue. The cut is on the side edge of the tongue and had a small cut like a little skin flap of 1/4 inch in length like 0.5cm. This happened a couple days ago and although is not bleeding or causing pain it seems not to be attached either. Seems to be still hanging. What should be the next step? Does she need a plastic surgeon?
