My friend is having the following symptoms. Last week he was down in bed with bronchitis. It could be that his current symptoms do not have anything to do with that but here they are: dizziness, nauseous with no actual vomiting, periodic diarrhea, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. He has had an Electrocardiogram and there is a blip every 3 or 4th heart beat. What are the diagnostic possiblities?
