Hello, My Mother In Law Has Been A Patient Of

Hello,

My mother in law has been a patient of CKD for the last ten years. The kidneys have now failed and she has just started dialysis two days ago. We have noticed changes in her behaviour wherein she forgets things sometimes and also finds it difficult to walk although an investigation of her nerves of the lower limbs did not reveal any abnormalities. Her creatine is 9 at the moment and the blood urea levels are also high 240.
Her CT scan says "mild diffuse atrophy, no obvious focal lesion, acute infract or haemorrage is seen. There is no mid line shift.
What should be our future course of action? Please advice. Thank you.
