Hello, My Sister Suffered From Severe Vitamin D Deficiency While

Hello, My sister suffered from severe vitamin d deficiency while she was pregnant. She ended up having a placental abruption at home and my nephew was deprived of oxygen for about 20-30 min until he was delivered. When he reached 8 months gestational about 4 months he suffered from a subdural hematoma with a mid line shift and he also acquired hydrocephalus. He had no injuries and the only reason we knew something was wrong was he went limp and passed out at home. When he was brought to the ER we were told of his condition. Is it possible that vitamin d deficiency could cause red cells to block his csf flow causing this inter cranial pressure along with the fact that he has a patent ductus and was deprived of oxygen at birth and was never treated for vitamin d deficiency when he was born?
