Hello! Reason I'm Asking Is I'm Having Problems In Both

Hello! Reason i'm asking is i'm having problems in both my hands especially with my pinkie and ring fingers feeling sleepy, cold, tingling and some pain. This has been going on since Feb. 28 til now. Its bothersome, should i go see a Dr. or should i be worried? I've taken Ibprofen and Tylenol and trying not to use it much or bending it. But it gets hard to grip or grab things.
