i am 23 aged... and i have a very small penis about 2 inch flacid and 4 inch erect... i think i have low testostarone level since puberty... i have also faced gynecomustia from the age of 16... recently 1 year ago at 2015 i came to know the terms of gynecomustia & i have gone through the surgery... for the surgery i had to see my testostarone level... and i found it low... now after 1 year i have after the surgery i found my testostarone level remains low like before.... so my question is, if i reduce the condition of my low testostarone level, can i have a good penis size now, at this age of 23???
