Hello! Sir last 5 years trouble acute back pain ...now I am 26.. All kind of x- ray done ..report is lumber lordesis lost but day by day pain increase..lastly I visit Kolkata sskm hospital orthopaedic dept.dr. Says last stage of curved spine Dr. Also says with in 6 months you lay down in bed ...main medicine swimming immediate start swimming...and Dr. Recommended 1 blood test for arthritis..
sir, please say what I am doing now???day by day pain increases..
