Hello, So I Have Chronic Sinus Polyps. I Had Surgery

Hello,

So I have chronic sinus polyps. I had surgery in 2014 to remove them and they grew back in about six weeks. Since then I have adapted my lifestyle (exercise, healthy food, etc).

I still have a lot of polyps and last year I was told I have candida as well.

Now, when I exercise (hard core, getting my blood pumping and heavy breathing) or am very hot (like in a really hot shower) I find I have an easier time blowing my nose and can get lots of mucous out.

Last week I blew my nose after exercise because there was a lot of liquid dripping and there was a blood. Not lots but enough for several attempts of gentle blowing that it smeared across the tissue each time. Since then, My cheek and eye have felt bruised to not only pressure trying to blow my nose but sometimes touch. Also, my ears have been ringing a lot more and it seems there is more liquid in my ear than usual. Also, the weather was bad the other day and I had a head ache that made me feel like I was going to vomit.

Should I be going to a clinic to get checked - will it pass - is it just that a polyp exploded ?
