Hello, Today After Taking Breakfast I Took Co Prenessa 2mg/0.625

Hello,
Today after taking breakfast I took Co prenessa 2mg/0.625 mg, I had this second episode where suddenly my I feel strange in my head and feel a sense of numbness and I might faint. My normal pulse rate is aroun 62 but rose to 110. My BP was out of control but second reading showed 155/95 and after sometime it dropped to 147/89 and than to 137/87.
One month ago I had the first similar episode and after Doctors recommendation, I have started taking bp lowering tablets Co-Prenessa ( it is a combination of two active ingredients, perindopril and indapamide. Co-Prenessa is an anti-hypertensive medicine used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).. My BP was under 130/80 during the whole month. Yesterday I took digene as was feeling a sense of gas building and acidity in my body (Digene Mint Tablet is a combination of four drugs: Aluminium hydroxide, Magnesium hydroxide, Magnesium silicate and Simethicone. Aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and magnesium silicate belong to a group of antacids).
Is this strange feeling of getting fainted a result of interaction of these two medicines? Or its something else.
