Hello, Am Godwin,for A While Now I Have Been Experiencing

Hello,
am Godwin,for a while now i have been experiencing strange things in my health life,like if i wake up in the morning my spit always come out with blood,while brushing my mouth, i used to brushed out blood too.To be honest my stomach used to make unnecessary noise,my head used to scratch me,i used to have boils around my private part and it's used to scratch me ,being frank it used to smell whenever i scratch it.ALL these started 29 December 2015 when i had intercourse with a strange woman,worst of it all, i have done infection test[cultural] and they said no growth i have also done blood test and they said i have no problem,but within me i know am not well.ALL these started the day mentioned above.so my question is, is there any way i can come out from these problem?am really going down, i don't used to be who i used to be. thanks and remain blessed as you reply the poor and desperate guy.
