Hello and thank you Dr. Rynne. I had back surgery two weeks ago, on my lumbar spine. A Laminectomy was preformed from L 2 to 5. I train horses so the spine has taken a lot of trauma. I was just released from a rehabilitation hospital where I learned how to sit, stand, walk. Now, I’m looking for a muscle rub with lidocaine in it. It provided relief when I tried some. I don’t know the name of it but there must be some in pharmaceutical departments in the local drug stores that I may buy on a Saturday.
