Hello and thanks, I am a healthy non smoking male -53 yrs old. Very active. Yesterday it felt like I had bowl movements backing up slight discomfort more like gas build-up in the lower intestine area. Also have weak urine stream. This started all of a sudden. today I had 4 very small movements and when trying to urinate get a sharp pain straight in from the front area above the penis inside the lower intestine area more frontally located.
