Hello Doctor, I Have PCOS And Hypothyroidism. I Have Been

Hello doctor,
I have PCOS and Hypothyroidism. I have been taking Euthyrox 75 mcg , Folic acid and Glucophage 750 mg (1 time a day) for the past year. We have been trying for 6 months to get pregnant. But, unlikely to happen. My doctor has prescribed to take Letrozole (Femara) to induce ovulation. Is it okay to proceed with the medicine or should I wait and try for some more months. And how long can we try with Letroxole? Also, if I don't get pregnant even then what are my other options? I do not want to go through IVF. Please suggest me a solution. Thank you in advance.
