Hello Doctor Im Having The Black Spots (jhaiyan) On Face

Hello doctor
Im having the black spots (jhaiyan) on face for a long time. So many therapy and medicine were not able to remove it fully coz the time I stop taking that they again appear. And now the situation was that I cannot apply hard medicated cream coz swelling appears. So when dis happened I started using aloevera naturally to remove that swelling and it has really worked. So now i want to ged rid of those black spot again coz now they have covered my cheeks and nose badly. Hope u will help me
