My son is 10 months 3 week old.He had fever and loose motions 5 days back.Pead gave him Taxim o dry syrup and nutrilium.He had 2 to 4 pus cells /hpf in stool test.no rbc.Fever subsided but still passing green stool.. once a day.Pls suggest me further..
